Unidentified object in Torbay, Devon sky baffles photographer | UK | News

Craig Huxley, who works in development, took the snap at round 11am to 11:30am in April. Upon reviewing the picture at a later time, he found a wierd wanting object in the clouds.

The 49-year-old claims the picture, which was taken utilizing an iPhone 11, has not been edited or touched – aside from importing it onto his laptop computer for a better look.

Craig, from Torbay, Devon, captured the unidentified object whereas on Rock Walk above Torquay’s Princess Pier, reports Devon Live.

He mentioned: “I have never seen anything like it before. There was nothing visible in the sky when I took the picture and afterwards we noticed that there was something weird on it.

“I assumed it regarded like a metal drill bit. If there was one thing on the lens or a chook it would not appear like that.

“I took it on an iPhone 11. It was just a quick snap taken from the balcony at about 11am to 11.30am.

“I uploaded the image on to my laptop computer to have a better look however aside from that it isn’t been touched or added to in any method.

“I’ve shown it to work colleagues and had a few interested comments on Facebook.

“I might like to assume it is one thing unexplained however I’m a practical, down-to-earth type of individual and I might like it if someone might establish what it’s.”

Hundreds took to comment on Devon Live’s Facebook page to give their suggestions.

Some saw the funny side, Lynn Adams said “aliens” and Steve Bush wrote: “He works in development, it seems like a drill bit. One of his workmates chucked it.”

Theresa Clark wrote: “We have superb expertise can facetime with astronauts. Yet when anybody apparently sees a UFO they use a kodak instamatic 1970 digital camera.”

Alex Sergeant wrote: “Given this picture has a curved horizon, this can be a panoramic shot, subsequently the cellphone has taken a number of images of a passing chook and replicated it just a few instances.”

Matt Byrne thinks he has the answer, he said: “Rolling shutter impact of a chook flying by appears most believable.”
