Boxing: Tommy Fury fumes over Jake Paul’s Miami no-show

Tyron Woodley has unveiled plans to proceed his career in boxing after his fight with YouTube star Jake Paul.

The former UFC welterweight will make his ring debut bidding to bounce again from 4 consecutive defeats within the cage and derail Paul’s boxing career.

Paul, in the meantime, expects to cease Woodley and arrange a fight with British light-heavyweight Tommy Fury who options on the undercard.

But Woodley insists his conflict with Paul can be simply the beginning of his boxing career as he plans to proceed his work wit Floyd Mayweather.

“I am nice now, and I’m not even done yet,” he stated. “I spoke to Floyd and GT (coach Gerald Tucker) right now they usually stated to come again to Miami hang around a bit and get again to work.

“I came into this fight with good boxing, but there are a lot of things we got away with in MMA.”

Woodley is confident he is the man to dethrone Paul and put paid to the social media’s plan to fight the likes of Canelo Alvarez and Gervonta Davis.

But the former American champion has argued that there is “none” of his fighting credibility on the line against Paul, and that his achievements in UFC will always remain.

“None of my credibility is on the line, I’m a ‘G’ what can you say,” Woodley said. “I will go out there and perform on Sunday night and I will be victorious.

“People that have been through adversity are a champion to me and I am a champion and I’m going to show it with a victory on Sunday night.

“Even If Paul is doing very best to start mind games, I am a man and I don’t play cute games I am going out there to hurt you.”

The fight between the pair has obtained combined predictions, with each fighters clearly able to profitable the fight in accordance to the world of MMA, regardless of Woodley’s repute within the cage.

But Paul’s coach BJ Flores believes his fighter will dismantle Woodley stating that the previous champion “is out of his depth” forward of his debut within the boxing ring.

“We are not saying we great because we beat the last three guys, but if we beat Tyron we can start saying we are doing okay,” Flores told The W.A.D.E Concept.

“I tell you Tyron better start moving away, because although he is a former world champion, he is so out of his depth.

“I don’t care how much of a boxer he is, there is not a f****** thing that he can do to change the outcome of this fight.

“My prediction is that we go don’t beyond the fifth round with Jake getting the knockout, but if we do we will still beat the s*** out of him”.

Paul has now known as out present UFC welterweight Jorge Masvidal for a conflict within the boxing ring labelling him an “airhead” after their earlier friendship turned bitter.
