Beauty therapist refuses to treat anyone who has had a Covid-19 vaccine

A magnificence therapist in Glasgow has triggered controversy, after asserting she won’t administer remedies to anyone who has obtained a Covid-19 jab – regardless of the huge variety of adults having already had their first jab.

Sarah McCutcheon, who runs Wellness and Wellbeing With Sarah, took to her business’ Facebook web page, the place she introduced: “We will not conduct treatments on any vaccinated person.”

On Instagram, Sarah shared one other submit, from a salon in Australia, which learn, “We are not your hairdresser if you have had the Covid vax.” Alongside the submit, she added: “We agree and will not conduct massages or treatments on any vaccinated people.”

Sarah says she needs her long-term prospects to really feel protected

When questioned by a follower over why she had chosen to take this stance along with her business, Sarah defined: “Many of my loyal long term clients follow a very natural path and I want to ensure they feel safe in the environment that they come to relax in.

“There isn’t any long-term information to safe us at this second in time, there are too many associated diseases, they’re experimental vaccines and have triggered many harm!”

However, the national beauty trade body has spoken out about businesses taking this stance, by pointing out that it goes against government policy implemented to keep customers safe from the ongoing pandemic.

The National Hair and Beauty Federation said it closely follows Covid-19 guidance issued by the Scottish and UK governments, including that around the vaccine roll-out.

Around 34.2 million people in the UK have received both doses of a Covid vaccine, including 2.8 million people in Scotland. Meanwhile, more than 45.7 million people in the UK have received their first jab, including 90% of adults in Scotland.
