Tom Daley has unveiled the unbelievable outcomes of all of the knitting he did on the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

The diver, who received a gold medal on the games, spent his free time knitting, and he’s now proven off the unbelievable white cardigan he created.

His cardi options the Union Jack, the Team GB emblem and the Olympic rings on the again, with “GBR” on one arm and the flag on the opposite.

On the left breast of the cardigan is Tokyo, written in Hiragana.

Tom, 27, shared a video of himself exhibiting off the cardigan, which he wore with a white Team GB t-shirt and a pair of blue shorts.

“So I finished the jumper and here we are,” Tom mentioned within the video. “It’s very bright right now.”

Pointing to the entrance of the cardigan, he mentioned: “This says Tokyo, we’ve got GBR, we’ve got Union Jack.”

Turning round to disclose the again, he went on: “And Team GB. Thoughts and opinions please, but be nice.”

“OLYMPIC CARDIGAN REVEAL!” Tom captioned the video, including the Japanese and British flags and a flame emoji.

“When I got to Tokyo, I wanted to make something that would remind me of these games.

“Something that I might say I had made in Tokyo, throughout the Olympics!

“I did a @teamgb logo on the back, with a flag and GBR on the shoulders and Tokyo embroidered onto the front! What do you think?!”

His followers had been wowed by his creation, with one writing: “I’ve been knitting for many years, and still I wouldn’t be able to make that! Especially the intricate writing. You’re a legend! It’s so beautiful.”

“This is the Olympic content I’ve been waiting for,” one other commented.

Tom saved himself busy throughout the Olympic occasions by knitting, admitting that it “kept him sane”.

Tom later advised his Instagram followers: “I thought I would come on here to just say the one thing that has kept me sane through this whole process is my love for knitting and crocheting and stitching.”

Last week Tom and his diving associate Matty Lee received gold within the 10m synchronised diving.

Tom, who had already received two Bronze medals, cried tears of pleasure and hugged Matty after it was introduced that they’d received.
