Pregnant Victoria Ekanoye stuns in a brand new photoshoot that sees her stroke her child bump.
Coronation Street’s Victoria and boyfriend Jonny Lomas shared their child pleasure with followers in November, after ready till she was three months pregnant to make the completely happy announcement to their nearest and dearest.
And Victoria – who was with sickle cell anaemia when she was 22 – defined that they needed to hold it underneath wraps due to her well being.
Due to give start this month, Victoria surprised in a candid photoshoot baring her bump.
While some photographs see her cast pensive glances across the studio, others see her carrying a beaming smile forward of meeting her firstborn.
Victoria instructed Hello! magazine in November: “We thought we would try next year. So when this pregnancy came along we were like, ‘It’s happening.’
“It did come as a little bit of a shock but it surely’s so unbelievably thrilling.”
Of her health, she explained: “We know buddies which have miscarried and so we waited till we have been 12 weeks earlier than we even instructed our mother and father.
“Then, with my health condition, we wanted a little bit more security and stability in knowing that everything is okay with baby and with me.”
Victoria added: “As I have sickle cell, this is regarded as a high-risk pregnancy but the team at St Mary’s Hospital in Manchester are amazing and I see my sickle cell specialist, my obstetrician and my midwife every month and they really look after me.”
She instructed The Mirror in May that she suffered crippling leg ache and fatigue as a results of the inherited situation.
Recalling having to minimize brief a contract on 2004 due to the ache in 2004, she instructed: “I was disappointed in myself that I hadn’t listened to my body more and been aware of this life-threatening condition.
“That’s 100 per cent what I do now.
“I couldn’t get involved in playing out in the snow as the pain in my hands was excruciating.
“Even now, if I take one thing out the freezer, I’ve acquired to be fast.”
