Khloe Kardashian admits trolls force her away from social media to focus on ‘real’ world

She added: “I’m hugely passionate about health and wellness. I think it’s so important to take care of yourself from the inside out. Staying active and healthy is the best medicine for a happy mind and heart, so I try to do something every day that makes me feel good.

“Whether it’s an extended stroll with my mother or sisters, or an intense exercise, I discover it’s so useful to my psychological well being to keep lively. Now, greater than ever, it’s vital for every of us to take time to do the issues that make our minds and our bodies really feel good.”

KUWTK’s 20th and final season kicks off today, landing on hayu in the UK each Friday.

It first aired back in 2007, and Khloe says the hit show was only ever intended for a one-off series.

Khloe’s sister Kourtney has famously battled with being on the present, taking a step again and telling her sisters she needed to stop.
