The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host, 61, took to Twitter on Wednesday to disclose that a hungry fox had killed 34 of his beloved chickens.

When he’s not busy with his TV internet hosting duties, the previous Top Gear presenter works on his Diddly Squat Farm in Chadlington, Oxfordshire.

Jeremy, who cares for a complete host of livestock together with cows and sheep, was left livid when a fox snuck into a pen and killed 34 of his hens.

The star shared the replace on Twitter, and it wasn’t lengthy earlier than fans flocked to share their support.

“A fox has just killed 34 of my hens,” the star penned.

“Foxes are so nasty. I remember having to collect up 20 chickens that had been killed by a fox a few years ago,” one fan sympathised.

“I lost five ducks last month. I feel your pain,” echoed one other.

Meanwhile, a third Twitter person insisted: “This is why foxes are classed as vermin, they like humans kill for fun – not for food.”

Jeremy’s unhappy confession comes after the TV star admitted that farming comes with many dangers.
