The automotive servicing company Kwik Fit has arrange a ‘BOOT-camp’ to put together drivers for the upcoming summer holidays. They discovered that 24 % of drivers overpack, main them to not have the ability to see out of the rear window.

“But each time I went on a mission – there were two vital things to consider. Firstly, always ensure your vehicle is in top condition before you hit the road.
“And secondly – it’s important to pack for the journey and to pack essentials.
The study also found the ten most common causes of car journey arguments, with the number one reason being children arguing which leads to parents arguing.
A fifth of Britons (20 percent) say that not being able to fit everything in the boot causes the most arguments when travelling on holiday.
Last minute packing due to a lack of organisation led to 20 percent of arguments, with 17 percent stemming from a lack of legroom.
